Our international operations are focused on three strategic areas: manufacturing outside Mexico; NAFTA market distribution and logistics; and global trading and distribution. Companies abroad are key components of the Mexican business operations

Manufacturing

Villacero has substantial presence in the NAFTA market through its exports and manufacturing plants in the USA. 

Tex Tube is a high-quality steel tube and pipe plant located in Houston, TX, leader in high resistance, API certified steel pipe and tube production. The product range it offers to its customers includes:

• Welded Pipe
• API Pipe in diameters up to 8"
• ASTM Pipe

NAFTA distribution and logistics

Villacero commercializes its products within the NAFTA region through S&P Steel Products, a steel products distributor with branches in Laredo, El Paso and Houston, TX, and warehouses in California and other U.S. cities.

In addition, Best Border Cargo, located in Laredo, TX, offers administrative, logistics, and operative services to S&P Steel Products and other companies.

Jointly with Tex-Tube, these distribution and logistic centers conform Villacero's commercial network in the USA and guarantee the most extensive supply of steel products to the NAFTA region.

 

Global distribution

Worldwide, Villacero is expanding its presence through Coutinnho & Ferrostaal, a trading company that guarantees a global supply of quality-certified products. Coutinho & Ferrostaal is a joint venture between CCC Steel and Ferrostaal, focused in the global marketing and handling of steel products.

Coutinho & Ferrostaal headquarters are located in Hamburg, Germany, and it has branches in Kiev, Toronto, Hong Kong, Taipei, Ho-Chi-Min, Dubai, Sao Paolo, and Houston, as well as other commercial representatives around the world.
